Registrations are now available for 2021-22 year.

Confirmation Program

The Confirmation Program (youthQuest) is a two-year journey for high school students. A variety of classes will be offered for first year candidates to choose from.  These classes will help the candidates to grow in their understanding of the Catholic Church and its teachings. To learn more about God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit), as well as to build their faith.
 
Requirements for Confirmation;
1.       Completion of 5 youthQuest courses:
          a.     4 Courses of your choice
          b.     Covenant (begins in January of Year Two)
2.      Participation in Advent Retreat (Year One)
3.      Participation in Weekend Retreat (Year Two)
4.      Participation in 6 gather events (Returning for 2021-22 year)
5.      Completion of 4 service projects
6.      Choice of a practicing Catholic sponsor
7.       Participation at Mass. 
8.      Participation in 3 Liturgical Rites ( Rite of Welcome, Rite of Inscription,
          Rite of Commitment)
9.      Parents are required to take 20 AFF classes (total) in the 2-years of preparation.
 
Classes start in September. Classes run in six-week courses from 7:00 – 8:30PM Monday night.

Programa de Confirmacion

El programa de Confirmación ( youthQuest) es un camino de dos años para los jóvenes en High School.  Se ofrecen una variedad de clases a los candidatos de primer año.  Estas clases ayudan a los candidatos ha crecer en su entendimiento de la Iglesia Católica y sus enseñanzas. Aprenden más de Dios (El Padre, Hijo y Espíritu Santo) y crecimiento en su fe.
 
Requisitos para Confirmación:
1.      Completar 5 cursos de youthQuest
         a.      4 cursos que escogen los candidatos
         b.      Covenant (que comienza Enero del Segundo Año)
2.      Participación en el retiro de Adviento (Primer Año)
3.      Participación en el retiro de Covenant (Segundo Año)
4.      Participación en 6 eventos sociales
5.      Completar 4 proyectos de servicio
6.      Tener un Padrino/Madrina Católico practicante
7.      Participación en Misa es un deber
8.      Participación en 3 Ritos Litúrgicos (Rito de Bienvenidos, Rito de Inscripción,
             Rito de Compromiso)
 
Comenzamos clases en septiembre. Las clases son cursos de 6 semanas.
Cada clase es de 7:00 – 8:30pm los lunes en la tarde.
